Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is confirmed. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate what they may be.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages once they have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier. For lost, damaged, or stolen packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking information. We recommend contacting your local post office or carrier depot if a package shows as delivered but you have not received it.
